Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian German film and TV actress famous for her performance in movies such as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. She was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareu, Alexandra started her showbiz career from a young age. By the time she turned 16, Alexandra had landed leading roles in several television dramas. Following her highly acclaimed performance in the TV film Der Tunnel, Alexandra went on to play other noteworthy parts, including Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudljunge on Downfall. Downfall received nominations for an Oscar and received critical and commercial popularity. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are also Oscar nominated features featuring models. Alexandra is involved in many noteworthy projects, both in the United States and internationally. One of these is the British biographical movie Control, the Greek film The Dust of Time, and French historic miniseries Napoleon. She was also a juror at the Transylvania International Film Festival as and at the Cannes Film Festival.
